We will not be issuing part refunds on sale items purchased before the Black Friday sale. If you are thinking about making a purchase, we recommend waiting until our sales listings are published to ensure you don’t miss out on any savings.
I’m purchasing an item as a Christmas gift. Can it be returned after Christmas if it isn’t the right item?

I have a discount code. Can I apply this to items in the Black Friday sale?
Unfortunately, discount codes cannot be applied to our Black Friday sale items. Superga gift cards may still be used.
If you run out of stock, can I still order at the Black Friday price?
Due to high demand, the Black Friday sale prices will apply only to items that are in stock for the duration of the sale. Stock is secured only when payment is taken.
